Fall Paid Intern - Music & Entertainment

You will work on:
• Sponsorship coordination: researching Chicago businesses and brands, building prospect lists, and drafting outreach and follow-ups (every send is approved by the CEO first)
• Business filing and administration: organizing company documents and records, tracking deadlines for grants, applications, and renewals
• Trademark and IP support: researching name and logo availability, gathering materials, and preparing files for trademark applications covering our shows and characters
• Entertainment projects: helping coordinate interviews, press credential requests, and event paperwork
• Clothing line / merch: product research and launch support for the FAM apparel line
You are organized, a strong writer, comfortable with email and phone, and genuinely interested in the music and entertainment business. Students in music business, entertainment (pre-law), marketing, communications, or media programs are a strong fit.
Full-time, Chicago-based hybrid. Real portfolio work, a CEO reference letter, and a front-row seat at a growing media company.
Salary/Benefits
$15.00
- 17.00
per hour
Paid hourly, or for academic credit through your college - both structures available.
