Digital Campaign Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Campaign Specialist to support the planning, launch, and performance reporting of digital media campaigns. This role is responsible for executing campaigns across multiple brand platforms, ensuring flawless launches, and delivering clear, actionable post-campaign metrics and insights. This role will work closely with senior planning and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and are accurately measured.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Launch & Execution Support
- Assist in the setup and launch of digital media campaigns across paid channels (display, social, video, native)
- Support trafficking, tracking, and QA to ensure campaigns launch on time and correctly
- Coordinate assets, specs, and timelines with internal teams and external partners
- Monitor live campaigns to ensure proper delivery and pacing
Campaign Monitoring & Optimization
- Track campaign performance against client outlined KPIs
- Support optimization efforts by gathering data and implementing approved changes
Post-Campaign Reporting
- Compile post-campaign metrics from multiple platforms
- Assist in the creation of post-campaign reports and summaries
- Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
- Identify key performance insights and learnings for future campaigns
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in digital media, marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital media planning and analytics
- Understanding of digital media metrics (impressions, CTR, CPA, conversions, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience at an agency or in-house marketing team a plus
- Exposure and familiarity with reporting dashboards a plus
