Short Form Content Production Manager

The Creative Production Manager at Eyeline Studios will be driving the mechanics of short-form content projects within our Virtual Production, VFX and post-production ecosystem. This role is for a dynamic individual who not only excels at tracking, coordinating, and producing a wide variety of projects but also brings a creative vision to the table. You'll be instrumental in enhancing ideas, ensuring every project delivers maximum impact. This role requires a foundational understanding of not only traditional production pipelines but also the use of generative machine learning frameworks.

This role requires a highly organized post-production producer who also has good creative instincts, and who has an appetite for innovation in a production environment. The ideal candidate will adeptly manage project mechanics while making meaningful creative contributions within the intricate environments of both Netflix and Eyeline Studios.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Director of short form content to develop and execute creative projects for Eyeline Studios, focusing on marketing, commercial, and other 'short form' initiatives
• Manage client relationships for all Netflix Marcomms-related projects, including ads, partnerships, title, and brand initiatives, ensuring seamless project flow
• Manage the production pipeline, coordinating all aspects of project execution, from initial concept to final delivery, within a VFX and post-production environment
• Act as a key creative partner, actively contributing and elevating ideas for all projects, ensuring a high level of creative output
• Utilize generative machine learning frameworks to explore and enhance creative concepts and production workflows
• Support the procurement and management of external resources, including freelance talent, ensuring efficient project staffing
• Work closely with Netflix post-production and VFX teams to ensure seamless integration of visual effects into marketing assets and the Eyeline pipeline
• Assist in balancing the volume of Netflix Marcomms projects with internal creative projects
• Leverage live-action production experience to provide producer support and management during shoots

Qualifications
• Proven experience in producing projects within a VFX and post-production environment
• Strong ability to collaborate with creative partners, manage complex projects from inception to completion, and drive creative excellence
• An extremely strong and comprehensive understanding of post production technology
• Connections to production and post production talent and resources both within the Netflix ecosystem and external
• Demonstrated ability to contribute creatively to projects, with a knack for enhancing and developing compelling ideas
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and professionally in client pitch meeting
• Proficiency in relevant production management software and tools
• Basic experience with generative AI tools and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Basic video editing and photoshop skills
• Experience in developing and writing ideas for marketing and commercial work
• Experience designing and authoring briefs and pitch decks
• Live-action production experience and a basic understanding of VFX
• Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven attitude, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to work with minimal oversight
