This is an onsite position and applicants must be comfortable working at our Sunnyvale studio.

Position Overview

Live Streaming Operations is critical to the evolution of Service and Program expansion for our EXOS Team supporting a large, global client. As a streaming coordinator within EXOS' team, you will become the go-to person to ensure we deliver an on-time and exceptional user experience in our live streaming studios. We are looking for someone who is as concerned about the details as they are the big picture, has the right balance of polish and hustle, and is genuinely passionate about the work we do.

You communicate well, are organized, and have the attention to detail to coordinate with instructors, vendor partners, and key stakeholders to ensure all production and post workflows operate smoothly. This role will coordinate all aspects of the studio, including supporting on-time delivery, excellent quality standards, exemplary team performance and compliance to all appropriate client requirements.

Strong interest in fitness is preferred.

Primary responsibilities

Operator: Coordinate and manage the studio calendar. Continuously improve quality of classes and meet service level expectations. Execute administrative duties to ensure timeliness of operations (managing schedule, on-time delivery of classes, ensuring accurate data collection, and serve as a liaison between the production team and Director of Digital Services).

Organizer: Maintains a high degree of organizational skills to execute tasks with direction, in a timely manner, and at a high level of quality. Maintains strong attention to detail as scope and complexity of responsibilities expands, using previous learnings to minimize mistakes.

Problem Solver: Uses critical thinking and subject matter expertise to support field operations teams in delivering the highest quality events and experiences. Gains actionable insights by asking the right questions and consistently applies understanding of key stakeholder perspectives during the decision making process.

Communicator: Effectively tailors both written and verbal communication style and adapts approach for business partners, client liaisons, and EXOS teams to maximize effectiveness; ability to clearly convey complicated concepts & strategies to others.

Risk Mitigator: Proactively identifies and communicates potential risks and roadblocks making thoughtful decisions and/or escalations amid ambiguous projects.
