We are one of the top agencies in the country representing celebrity hair & makeup artists, wardrobe stylists, and photographers. We are a small, tight-knit team looking for someone who is not only a fantastic worker, but will become an essential part of our work family.
This job will be fully in-office, not a hybrid/remote position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones/screening calls/taking messages and relaying relevant information to the appropriate team member
- Keeping office organized and tidy and ordering/stocking any necessary supplies
- Research/outreach for media lists and client database
- Administrative support to agents
- Assisting in gathering images for artists' portfolios
- Occasionally booking travel/accommodations for agents/artists
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer savvy (must be able to learn new computer programs easily)
- Must be self-motivated
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion
- Have knowledge of/interest in the entertainment & fashion worlds
- Previous relevant office experience strongly preferred
