Hello! We're looking for a qualified individual who is eager to learn about the world of celebrity beauty and style. Our agency represents the top hair & makeup artists, groomers, photographers and stylists in the industry. Ideally you are interested in this particular field, as there is absolutely potential to grow within the company. Nearly everyone in the company started out as an intern!

(Note: we are not looking for aspiring hair/makeup artists who are looking to grow their careers -- candidates should be interested in pursuing the behind-the-scenes aspect of this industry only.)

Tasks include but are not limited to:
-Answering phones/screening calls/receptionist duties
-Administrative support to agents
-Gathering images for artist portfolios
-Research/outreach for media lists and client database

Please be articulate through all forms of communication, such as phone and email. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and Google Drive/Docs are a must, as are great organizational skills.

Seeking someone who is driven and intelligent, with an outgoing personality and great social skills. Scheduling is flexible, will most likely be 2 days per week in office. Looking forward to meeting you!
