Assistant - Beauty Agency

We are one of the top agencies in the country representing celebrity hair & makeup artists, wardrobe stylists, photographers, and more. We are a small, tight-knit team looking for someone who is not only a great worker, but will become an essential part of our work family. Seeking someone who has a genuine interest in working behind the scenes in this unique sector of the entertainment industry!

This job will be fully in-office in Hollywood, this is not a hybrid/remote position

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Working closely with our director and team of agents
Assisting in management of artists' schedules
Communicating with artists and clients via phone/email
General administrative support
Oversee artist bookings
Create estimates / deal memos
Flexibility with work hours
Organize, maintain, and update electronic databases

Qualifications:
Computer savvy (must be able to learn new computer programs easily)
Must be self-motivated
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Have knowledge of/interest in the entertainment & fashion worlds
Previous relevant office assistant/intern experience strongly preferred
