This position is 50% in person at our Santa Monica office and 50% remote (no exceptions). Hours of operation are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Candidates must be based in the greater Los Angeles area and willing to travel to Santa Monica and Culver City in January 2027.
When working on site, you will work on our systems. For remote days, you will connect to our systems from home via Jump Desktop.
Work is project-based, and the volume varies. We are building a roster of freelancers we can call on as jobs come in. Our goal is to develop real working relationships, so you learn how we do things and become a regular go-to.
Duties & Skill Requirements:
Must have both Premiere and After Effects experience, with strong integration between the two (Dynamic Link). Favoring one software over the other is fine as long as you are proficient in both.
5 plus years of professional Adobe Premiere experience
4 plus years of professional Adobe After Effects experience
Professional experience only (student and academic work not included)
Red Giant plug-ins and Element 3D experience a plus
Knowledge of various deliverable formats and specs
Good eye for design and aesthetics
Good communication skills
Non-union role
Salary/Benefits
Work is project-based, and pay rates vary by project depending on skill level and campaign scope.
