Overview:
Work directly with company founders and veteran producers/financiers to assist in operating a top-tier entertainment company. The role offers exposure to the development and production of film, TV, and live stage projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling and responding to correspondence
• Scheduling appointments and organizing calendar entries
• Setting reminders for meetings, appointments, and other important tasks
• Making travel and hotel arrangements (ensuring appropriate mileage awards are added to tickets, selecting seats attentively, and applying possible discounts for flights and hotel stays)
• Planning conferences and other events
• Taking notes at meetings
• Liaising with other staff members and external parties such as writers, directors, accountants, etc.
• Preparing expense reports
• Maintaining a filing system
• Flexibly handling tasks, including physically moving light furniture and driving to the Malibu office when needed
• Ensuring plans, cards, IDs, etc., are up to date and not expiring
• Keeping the office space tidy, organized, and efficient (e.g., ensuring the printer has ink, updated software, and is stocked with paper)
• Being cordial and welcoming to external parties visiting the office, offering coffee, tea, water, etc.
