Interim Coordinator

This is a Freelance Job

We are looking for an independent contractor to support a small executive team while our full time coordinator is on family leave. (Starting ASAP, for 6 - 8 weeks)

• Scheduling, correspondence, filmmaker/producer coordination, general ops support
• Tracking scripts, projects, submissions, and other materials
• Coordinating frequent travel
• $35/hour, could work with as little as 20 hours but prefer 40 hours a week
• Mostly remote with potentially one trip to Texas (reimbursed)
• A good fit for someone between roles or early in their career looking for real exposure to how a production company is built. Could flow into a full time role with Liminal Productions.
• Must have 2 years of executive assistant experience, preferably in film or tv.
• Must be highly organized, detail oriented, with excellent written & verbal communication skills.
