National Sales Account Executive
Position Summary
Estrella MediaCo is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking National Sales Account Executive to join our team. This role focuses on building and nurturing strategic multi-media partnerships with national advertisers and advertising agencies.
The ideal candidate will be skilled at creating compelling multi-platform (TV and Digital) proposals that showcase the value of Estrella MediaCo's properties and the significance of engaging Hispanic audiences. A strong understanding of digital advertising sales is essential for success in this position.
This position will report to the Vice President of National Sales.
Responsibilities
• Identify and solicit new linear and digital business through prospecting and cold calling; building and maintains a full pipeline of sales prospects.
• Service and grow relationships with existing client base
• Identify client/agency needs and develop persuasive proposals to meet needs and opportunities
• Deliver creative and effective sales presentations
• Proactively develop new business by using all our advertising and marketing assets
• Close business and oversee the execution and optimizations of the campaign
• Achieve sales objectives and goals
• Continuously build your knowledge of industry trends, opportunities, and innovations
• Proficient in WOMS, Strata, and Matrix
• Preferred experience in Vivvix, and Media Radar
• Knowledge in GAM, DFA, IAS, ComScore, and Operative
Experience Required:
• 3-5 years' sales experience
• Experience in Digital Media/Advertising Sales with proven success is preferable
• Experience in selling digital platforms, such as OTT/CTV, OLV, audio streaming and social
• Understanding of market dynamics, including demographics
• Excellent communication skills both with external clients as well as internal stakeholders
• Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
