Social Media Community Manager

The experienced Social Media Community Manager will oversee the company's various social media channels. This includes the strategy, planning, and execution of social media campaigns, adhering to company branding and tone of voice, and keeping up to date with the latest industry guidelines and trends. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things social media and technology. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and technology.

This job is temporary and expected to end by May 2023.

Essential Duties Responsibilities:
• Develop a social media content marketing plan and editorial calendar
• Respond to social media comments and audience queries in a timely manner
• Support in building social media reach through community and audience interaction
• Work closely with SVP to build corporate digital narrative, which includes LinkedIn and corporate website
• Monitor, analyze and create social media analytics and tracking with Sprout software suite Monitor and analyze web traffic from the online community using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Find new social community marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and products.
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
• Manage social media metrics dashboard including growth, reach, engagement, impressions

Requirements:

• Excellent Spanish language writing and editing
• Bilingual
• Ability to interpret social media analytics
• Able to work with multiple projects and departments
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing
• Passion for TV, music

Eligibility Requirements
• Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and insurance.
• Must be willing to work in Burbank, CA
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background investigation.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older.
