This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
EST x N8 Studios is seeking independent, proactive and motivated International Sales & Distribution interns for the Summer 2025.
• Intern should expect to work 20 hours per week.
• This is a 100% remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interns will be asked to do general administrative and project based tasks.
• Research potential buyers, platforms, and distribution partners across various territories.
• Draft and edit correspondence with buyers, including availability updates, follow-ups, and meeting requests.
• Support the team in managing screener links, password distribution, and tracking buyer feedback.
• Help maintain and update CRM databases with client communications, offers, and deal progress.
• Will learn about the art of negotiating/closing a deal and the major deal points involved in a distribution deal.
Throughout the internship, interns will have the opportunity to sit in on company conference calls and meetings and schedule Q&A sessions with all executives allowing for a more in-depth and well-rounded learning experience.
SKILLS
• Basic software skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, etc.)
• Proficient in handling high-volume email communications and managing complex Excel reports with speed and precision.
• Proficient/confident in writing & speaking English.
• Proficiency in any languages other than English is a plus but not necessary.
• Independent, self-starter, proactive, motivated to learn with a positive attitude.
QUALIFICATION
• Can start before 06/01 (summer term)
• Must be willing to commit to the end of August 2025 (summer term).
• Must have a laptop.
• Must be passionate about Asian Film, TV, and the entertainment industry as a whole.
• Knowledge of industry platforms such as Cinando, IMDbPro, and FilmFreeway is a plus.
• Major in Film & Television, Media Studies, Communications, Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
