Fall Intern - Film Delivery and Management

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

EST N8, a Los Angeles-based international film sales and distribution company, founded by 88 Rising Co-founder Jaeson Ma.
We are seeking a Fall Intern to assist with film materials delivery and management. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the technical and operational side of international film distribution.

Internship Details:
Duration: Fall Semester (September-December)
Hours: ~20 hours/week (flexible schedule)
Location: 100% Remote
Compensation: Unpaid (school credit available)

Responsibilities:
• Assist with organizing and delivering audiovisual, legal, and marketing materials to buyers and festival partners
• Support material collection tracking and delivery schedule coordination
• Manage metadata and asset labeling in delivery platforms
• Liaise with producers, post-houses, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery

Ideal Candidate:
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Familiar with basic post-production formats (ProRes, DCP, SRT, etc.)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for international cinema and interest in film distribution
• Proficiency in Google Drive, Airtable, Dropbox, or similar tools

Bonus:
• Multilingual skills (Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Bahasa, etc.)
• Prior experience with film festivals, post-production, or sales is a plus
