We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Delivery & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role sits at the intersection of operations, marketing, and international distribution, ensuring smooth delivery workflows and supporting global promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery & Materials Management (50%)
• Manage delivery of technical, marketing, and legal materials to global distributors, platforms, and labs.
• Coordinate and track all deliverables including: ProRes, DCP, 5.1/2.0 audio, M&E/DME, subtitles, closed captions, metadata, trailers key art, stills, EPK, chain-of-title, music/composer agreements, E&O insurance.
• Maintain asset libraries and organize archival records across cloud storage systems (Ikonick, FrameiO, Aspera/Filemail, Google Drive).
• Communicate with producers, post-production houses, and labs to ensure timely delivery and compliance with distributors' specs.
• Monitor delivery schedules, chase outstanding materials, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Work closely with the sales team to prepare materials for buyers, festivals, and screenings.
Marketing & Communications (50%)
• Lead global marketing campaigns for film releases, festival launches, and markets (AFM, EFM, Cannes, Busan, etc.).
• Create marketing decks, newsletters, Mailchimp campaigns, and social media posts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with designers for key visuals, banners, and promotional assets.
• Assist with festival submissions, screening invitations, press kits, and team communication.
• Manage CRM databases, mailing lists, and outreach for buyers and festival programmers.
• Track performance of campaigns and provide analytics and reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with film delivery specs (DCP, KDM, ProRes, QC, M&E, etc.) is required.
• Proficiency in marketing promo editing and key art design is a major plus.
• Excellent English communication skills-both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in any Asian language is a major plus.
• 1-3 years experience in film distribution, marketing, post-production, or international sales preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and cloud-based storage tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A passion for international cinema and entertainment.
• Availability to start in January 2026
