Position Summary:
The Senior Manager, Creative Production is a key role within ESPN Creative Studio (EAGP), responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations across all assigned projects. The role ensures alignment with creative strategies developed by Creative Planning and Implementation while managing a team of associate producers and producers.
Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies to align project needs across all associated business units throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan resources for producers, collaborating with Animation, Graphics Innovation, and Visual Storytelling teams on assignments.
• Build communication strategies for both long-term and short-term projects.
• Partner daily with leaders across EAGP, Strategy, Synergy, Marketing, and Music Creative to manage deliverables and timelines.
• Manage difficult conversations related to prioritization and accountability with leaders across the business.
• Support leaders in understanding priorities, workflows, and accountability.
• Lead a team of producers, helping them develop through strategic planning, intake, and insight meetings.
• Create and maintain a collegial culture based on integrity, empathy, and best practices.
