Sports Marketing Coordinator
Location: New York, NY
Position Overview:
The Sports Marketing Coordinator supports marketing and promotional efforts for various sports properties at ESPN, including MLB, F1, Tennis, The Masters, College Baseball, and LOVB. The Coordinator collaborates with media, creative teams, and cross-functional departments to execute multi-platform promotional plans and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Support creative development and execution of marketing materials.
• Build creative deliverables and timelines to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Develop production timelines with internal creative teams and external partners.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all work done internally and by creative agencies.
• Partner with the media team to schedule and deliver on and off-channel assets.
• Manage day-to-day correspondence with internal and external creative partners, relaying feedback and managing timelines.
• Ensure all marketing materials and deliverables meet programming schedules and sponsor requirements.
• Assist in budget management.
• Work with research and media teams to translate data into actionable inputs.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of related marketing or business experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fundamental understanding of ESPN’s portfolio, including ESPN+.
