EPS, a world leader in equipment rental and logistics for large concerts, festivals, and a wide-array of other events, is seeking an attentive, self-motivated Administrative Assistant to assist the office with general administrative duties, QuickBooks data entry, and travel plans.
This individual will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations as well as special projects with the Business Manager.
As the Administrative Assistant you would:
- Handle office and phone reception duties
- Manage day-to-day data entry including Bills, Invoices, and AMEX Charges
- Organize and file documents
- Provide support for and between management staff and on-site supervisors
- Assist Project Managers by booking hotels and creating movement schedules
- Manage office/ warehouse supplies and general keep of the office space
- Assist the Business Manager with State/ Federal Tax, Insurance, and H/R situations
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with 2+ years of similar experience or Bachelor's Degree
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills and attention to detail
- Experience with QuickBooks, or a quick learner who is eager to learn
- Must enjoy and work well in a fast pace, open-office workspace
- Ability to properly manage tasks in a timely manner
- Must be flexible and willing to, at times, assist with tasks outside of the job description
- Recent graduate in business, accounting, management, hospitality-related fields
- Interest in working in events, entertainment production, or administration
