Top Studio Facility seeks part time employee for Studio Manager position. Will start two days per week, but potentially transition to full time. You must be a self-motivator, possess basic technical knowledge, and either know or be willing and able to learn to operate and troubleshoot studio equipment and casting assistance software. Technical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, setting up all office technical equipment (including cameras, microphones, studio lighting, seamless backdrops, etc.), maintaining, uploading, downloading, editing audio/visual files to and from a large FTP, and basic troubleshooting and maintenance for both PC and MAC platforms. Break/fix experience with various computers, AV equipment, printers, and copiers is a plus.

In addition to regular technical duties, you will also be helping with studio scheduling, office organization, and job log maintenance. For example: answering phones, responding to e-mails, setting up and cleaning up studios, maintaining the studio calendar, and assisting clients with anything that they may need. Usually a 9:00am to 6:30pm position, but flexible hours and weekends may sometimes be required.
Start date as soon as possible.
