Direct calls or inquiries that are not handled via automated phone system (light volume), greet visitors. Work with the Building Management Office and Office Manager, as needed, for the smooth operation of the office.
Use database to retrieve and enter local and national advertising copy to run on air. Read and comprehend instructions, assign house numbers to commercials & input proper information in traffic system. Double check data entry for accuracy, print out, file paperwork. Keep accurate and up-to-date files. Maintain media inventory records. Contact agencies and/or accounts managers for traffic instructions and commercials- obtain and input correct information. Responsible for delivering and retrieving daily program log from on-air studios. Assisting in sending out monthly billing.
Prizing and ticket fulfillment coordination. Contact all contest and on-air winners by email and/or phone to coordinate e-tickets or in-person prizing pickups. Work closely with SVP and VP of local sales to maintain, organize and update fulfillment sheets for all executed events.
Must be organized, detail oriented and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong, accurate data entry skills, alpha and numeric needed. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English required. Strong interpersonal, communication and customer skills. Requires a friendly, customer-service oriented demeanor, and also have the ability to work independently.
