Entravision is seeking an experienced, highly energetic team player to provide support to the Sales staff and the General Sales Manager. Duties include but are not limited to managing customer relations when sales staff are out on calls, order entry including adding and/or modifying contracts and traffic instructions, maintaining current accounts and targeting accounts not currently on air, updating marketing and research materials, preparing and distributing reports. Preparation and distribution of the daily spot times reports to local advertisers and agencies. Coordinate with clients and the Production and Traffic Departments the taping schedule, copy points and airing times of programs, which air throughout the week. Other office duties as assigned.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:. The position requires proficiency in a Windows PC environment including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) including other programs such as WideOrbit traffic & order entry system. Well qualified candidates should be a self-starter who learns quickly and has the ability to work independently, take direction from multiple sources, multi-task and work well under pressure. Candidate should have strong written and verbal communications, a high level of organization and time management skills with attention to detail as well as excellent interpersonal skills. Bilingual English/Spanish a must. Prior administrative/sales assistance experience preferred especially in the area of sales or broadcasting. Good knowledge of Spanish and Hispanic culture a plus.
