This is a Full Time Unpaid Internship
POSITION OVERVIEW: Our interns will assist in all areas of the company from Public Relations to Influencer management. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Learning how to put together media lists
Learning how to draft pitches and press releases
Submitting clients for brand partnerships
Team Brainstorming
Proofreading and copyediting
Attending client events as needed for support
Monitor online and print publications daily for client coverage and news-of-interest and service.
Draft client press reports, and memos for client offers and weekly reporting
Maintain digital press kits and client bios
Flag and process client requests in a timely manner
Create, manage and coordinate both client and executive's schedule/confirmations for interviews, photo shoots, press days and press tours.
Maintain Awards calendars and monitor submissions
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST BE ABLE TO RECEIVE COLLEGE CREDIT OR SOMETHING EQUIVALENT.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Public Relations, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field or graduate.
Familiarity with Google Workplace and Zoom
Strong writing and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote environment.
Available during the Pacific Standard time zones
Occasionally may need to meet for in person meetings

Schedule: Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 5pm PST
Duration: 4 months (April - September) with possibility to extend for 2 more months. We plan on selecting 3 candidates to start by April 28th.
