We are looking for a Tax Credit Administrator (Contract) who plays an important role providing support to Entertainment Partners and its clients in helping to exceed the business' expectations for outstanding service. In this role the focus is production incentive analysis, application submissions, incentives reporting, client support, and analysis of incentive legislation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide client incentive estimates from Movie Magic Budgeting, GLs, PR reports, Cost Reports, and vendor analysis
Provide incentive admin support services to clients
Track production incentive requirements/documents/filings with clients, auditors, & state officials
Effectively communicate the rules, guidelines, process, and best practices to achieve incentives
Incentive analysis - payroll reports, GL, Cost Reports, and vendor analysis projects
Complete initial and final application materials and expenditure reports
Compare production budget to actual production costs
Perform ledger coding compliance assessments and pre-audit reviews of GL
Liaise with production accountants, studio execs, film offices, auditors, tax/revenue
authorities, internal paymasters, and internal accounting system setup teams
Identify and communicate problems, issues, and solutions as quickly as possible to various stakeholders
Provide department support and PTO coverage as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Production accounting experience in film and/or TV in tax credit/production incentive jurisdictions
Knowledge of the production tax incentive process and a solid understanding of film and television production
Must be proficient in Excel and MMB, with intermediate/advanced experience in production accounting software programs
Must be able to manage multiple projects at once
