We are seeking a Solutions Consultant Manager. Solution Consultants are product experts, knowledgeable in the system functionalities of SmartAccounting, SmartStart, SmartTime, Sync-on-Set, Scenechronize SmartHub, and the Smart Suite of products that are digitally revolutionizing the entertainment industry. The Solutions Consultant will have in-depth technical knowledge about Entertainment Partners' digital solutions, as well as serve as a product specialist and strategist who works with the sales team to best position Entertainment Partners' solutions for all client needs. The Solutions Consultant will assist clients with Entertainment Partners' unique offerings while building lasting relationships with clients, in order to gain trust and anticipate needs to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work in partnership with the sales team to grow the business
Work in conjunction with vetted leads from the sales team to demonstrate Entertainment Partners suite of products, system and configurations
Keep up-to-date on product releases and solutions, as well as industry changes to maintain strong industry and product knowledge
Understand the full suite of Entertainment Partners products, capabilities and service, and effectively communicate all offerings both internally and to clients.
Help clients understand and maximize full capability of solutions and how to derive full value to optimize their workflows
Provide clients with product and solution recommendations to support sales team
Help position EP's flagship products ''out of the box'' with minimal customization as possible
Understand the entertainment community back-end office processes and client needs that can be enhanced with Entertainment Partners unique offerings
Identify current and future client service requirements, by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
Provide input and recommendation for product design, as needed, based on client feedback and workflows
Provide product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by delivering technical presentation, answering questions and requests
Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating operations improvements.
Liaise with technology, contracts, and other divisions that have touch points to the systems
Work in conjunction with the Products team to report client enhancement requests, to assist in prioritizing product development roadmaps
Share responsibilities of incoming client communications, troubleshoot client challenges, and brainstorm with other team members on solutions to client issues in a timely manner
Participate and lead Seminars and Webinars as needed
Participate and at times lead team meetings to discuss successes/failures of projects and offer suggestions for improvements
Utilize Salesforce as a CRM tool and run accurate and timely reports out of the system
Handle multiple projects simultaneously along with day-to-day duties and any other client or internal special requests
Participate in the development and updates of the Solutions Consulting playbook and stay up to date with updated workflows for the team
Create scripted content for the team to utilize in demonstrations and other technical meetings
Build and update internal and client facing training materials
Additional duties and projects as assigned
Travel may be required
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
5 - 7 years' experience in Production Accounting or Production Finance, or relevant equivalent experience
3 - 5 years' experience in product implementation, sales, or marketing, preferred but not required
Bachelor's Degree in General Business, Communications or equivalent line of study preferred
Must have experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and a CRM tool such as Salesforce.
Ability to develop lasting professional relationships with clients
Ability to demonstrate and learn new and creative client focused problem-solving skills, with high degree of diplomacy
Strategic, quantitative and operational mindset
Ability to motivate, engage, supervise and guide others directly and indirectly
Organized, proactive, motivated, goal oriented, persistent
Strong written and verbal communication skills with client facing acumen
Ability to collaborate and work with team and other departments effectively
Ability to influence multiple audiences
Analytical, decision making, critical thinking
Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc.)
In-depth knowledge of the Entertainment industry including but not limited to Entertainment Unions, risk and compliance
