If so, we are looking for a Contract & Labor Management Manager who plays an important role providing support to Entertainment Partners and its clients in helping to exceed the business' expectations for outstanding service. In this role the focus is the Contract Management process and its related systems. This includes collaborating with the team to perform analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment of new contracts and changes to existing contracts. This includes contract summary presentations to internal and external clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for answering questions about contracts and pay rules
Responsible for analyzing and interpreting contracts and pay rules
Responsible for completion of the contract profiles in the Contract Management System.
Responsible for directing payroll setup on which contracts should be used on the incoming projects.
Responsible for assisting with the research as the contract subject matter experts
Complete contract configuration, including testing and deployment
As contract, subject matter experts, you will be responsible for creating training material and assisting with training when required
Assist in defining system requirements to support all the business products
Assist in creating the Paymaster Book
JOB REQUIREMENTS
10-15 years of contract analysis and payroll labor rules experience
Strong organizational skills
Prior experience in entertainment industry
BS/BA preferred
Critical thinking and reasoning skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to exercise discretion with confidential information
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and research skills
Strong interpersonal skills' works well on small teams as well as with all levels of internal management and staff
Proficient at Microsoft Excel, Word
