A partner at Entertainment 360 is currently looking for an experienced assistant to start immediately. This is a high-volume desk with a focus on talent management and some producing as well.
JOB DUTIES:
Administrative support including phone management, calendar management, expense reports, travel arrangements, etc.
Liaising and showing leadership while interacting with clients, agents, attorneys, publicists, productions, and studios at the highest levels.
Drafting email correspondences, sending submissions, tracking incoming/outgoing material.
Proficiency to make sound decisions efficiently and effectively using critical thinking and practical approaches.
Script coverage and analysis at the highest levels is paramount.
SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
1+ year of desk experience at an agency or management company REQUIRED.
Can handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
Positive attitude, highly organized, and driven.
Excellent verbal/written skills.
Interest in management and desire to learn, adapt, and grow within the company.
