Part Time Job
Entercom San Francisco is seeking an energetic and outgoing individual with a strong work ethic and customer service skills to fill its front desk receptionist role for its six stations. The receptionist is responsible for positive and professional first and ongoing impression to the customer by telephone and in person. In addition, this role provides various administrative and clerical duties as assigned by the Management Team.
Responsible for the timely greeting of all guests. This is a primary function. As the ''face'' of the company, it is imperative that the receptionist be professional, polite, pleasant, and patient. Responsible for answering telephones in a prompt, courteous manner. Qualify and route calls accordingly. Receive and distribute incoming mail/overnight packages; post out-going mail. Help distribute office and kitchen supplies. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
This is a part-time opportunity located in our San Francisco office on Tuesday and Thursday from 12pm to 5pm every week.
Qualifications:
• Position requires excellent phone etiquette as well as exceptional verbal communication skills.
• The ability to multi-task is essential as is the ability to organize and manage workload in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.
• A professional appearance and punctuality is required.
• Proven ability to work in both a team structure and independently, with minimal supervision.
• Basic PowerPoint and Photoshop skills preferred.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word) is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
