Charlotte's best mix 107.9 the Link is always looking for great on-air talent. If you are a team player who can effectively entertain, appointment set, and tease on-air content and additionally have a strong hand in providing a social media buzz, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications:

Required:
• Ability to demonstrate Daily Show Preparation
• Knowledge of radio production process
• Experience with digital music systems
• Knowledge of station product, i.e. Music, lifestyle topics, popular culture, etc.
• Basic user knowledge of various social media platforms

Preferred:
• Hot AC and/or CHR experience
