Part Time Job
Entercom Austin is looking for a Part Time Accounting Coordinator to assist in the Accounting department. The Accounting Coordinator will support with daily duties including cash and credit card processing, accounts receivable invoicing and collections, opening mail and process invoices for Accounts payable and various other accounting tasks.
Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
* Assist the department with the daily accounting functions including cash and credit card processing.
* Assist the department with weekly and monthly billing including processing, distributing and mailing to clients.
* Assist the account executives in collections by distributing aging, working with clients to get items needing to clear their accounts and keeping the overall aging to the set company standards.
* Open mail and process invoices for accounts payable.
* File for the department, including paid and unpaid invoices and statements.
* Other duties as assigned.
* Position is schedule daily for 4-5 hours - Total 25 hours a week.
Qualifications:
Required:
A minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience is required, with 1-2 years of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience.
Preferred:
* Accounting in radio, media, or a related field a plus.
* A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
* Must have strong data entry skills, intermediate Excel skills and able to learn and adapt to internal billing systems.
* Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail.
* Good organizational and communication skills are required.
