Position Summary:
We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals with production experience, who possess an entrepreneurial spirit and true passion for working in the live events sector. The Promoter Rep will work directly with ENT's Production Department, and will be responsible for facilitating on-the-ground show operations on behalf of the company, ensuring each show runs seamlessly for the artist, the venue, and our team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Must have knowledge of touring/stage production operations;
- The Promoter Representative is responsible for ensuring all of the artist's needs are met on the day of the show, including managing load in to load out, artist/tour interactions, budget management, and customer service/client relations.
- Responsible for reviewing artist contracts related to production, merchandise, ticketing, and rider requirements to ensure each requirement is fulfilled on the day of show.
- Manage backstage area of venue ensuring artist hospitality needs are met on day of show. This includes preparing greenrooms with food and beverage, providing great customer service to artists and their crew and being a resource to answer any questions they may have.
- Assists with distribution of event credentials such as show passes and guest lists
- Works with the accounting team to settle shows, responsible for managing box office and merchandise sales and reporting.
- Demonstrate a professional and personable attitude with touring and venue personnel;
- Coordinate operational feedback with Production Coordinator & Talent Buyer;
- Record and maintain cash & receipts throughout the day;
- Represent company in a professional manner at all times
Qualifications:
- 3 years' experience in event or concert production, arena experience
- High School Diploma (or Equivalent) and/or Higher Education Certification/Credits;
- Able to lift or move up to 75 lbs using proper lifting techniques and capable of working long hours on feet;
- Ownership of valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and usable cell phone;
- Willingness to travel within the United States, sometimes within a short advance notice
- Flexible schedule to accommodate nights/weekends/holidays/travel days
- Basic accounting knowledge used in show settlements
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, promoters, suppliers, guests and visitors
- Music Industry knowledge and experience with a demonstrated ability to use discretion related to artist information and professionalism around celebrities.
- Must work well under pressure and in high stress environments, good decision maker and analytical thinker.
- Innovative, productive, highly-organized and independent worker in fast-paced environment;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook), Google Drive, and ability to learn required business systems
