Full Time Job
Job Purpose:
Endemol Shine North America is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual for the role of Manger, Licensing and Product Development. The ideal candidate will have be a strong sales person with a sophisticated knowledge of product development and familiarity with industry players in order to develop and manage business relationships with third-party licensees for ESNA properties.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Supports department and leads sales efforts for assigned categories
• Works closely with team and ESG on product development
• Oversees product approvals on all licensed activities
• Seeks out new categories and untapped revenue streams for licensing
• Manages licensee lists to ensure accuracy
• Tracks contract deal flow through internal approvals and drafting
• Assists in chasing royalty reports and payments
• Attend relevant tradeshows
• Monitor and stay current on trends in the industry
• Handle other miscellaneous duties, special events and projects assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
• College degree preferred
• 3 years of related experience across business development and/or licensing
• Licensing experience for an entertainment company or licensee
• Familiarity with licensing contracts and terms
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and adjust as needed
• Proven ability to create and sustain strong business relationships
• Excellent computer and technology skills, including Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication skills - both verbally and written
• Team player with strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels and maintain professionalism in a fast paced environment
