Executive Assistant, Unscripted & Scripted Television, Chief Content Officer
Job Purpose:
The production company behind LEGO MASTERS, The Talented Mr. Ripley, the upcoming Pride and Prejudice: An Experiment in Romance along with such hit series as Big Brother and MasterChef is searching for an organized, experienced, forward thinking Executive Assistant. Working with the Chief Content Officer who oversees the non-scripted/ scripted content while taking pitches and selling creative concepts for the entire company will require the ideal candidate to be highly self-motivated, professional, capable of managing their workload and possessing the knowledge to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
Calendar management, navigating a constantly changing schedule, securing meetings, etc.
An extremely busy desk requiring the highest level of professionalism while understanding the industry.
Maintaining high call volume, screening, logging, placing calls and taking notes.
Filing and retrieving records, documents and reports.
Managing paper flow on Executive's desk while remaining focused on details presented.
Maintain/ update contacts and schedule pitches directly with Networks/ Streamers.
Awareness of Development/ Current/ Scripted departments along with updating weekly company reports.
Preparing and submitting expense reports.
Making travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, cars, etc.
Greeting guests in a professional and personable manner.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters.
Skills
& Qualifications:
3 years minimum experience as an assistant or other administrative support preferred.
Agency experience preferred.
The ability to work well under pressure and have a keen awareness to prioritize.
Detailed oriented while anticipating your supervisors' needs.
Familiarity with the television production and development.
An in-depth understanding of the entire Microsoft Office suite.
The ability to organize and schedule work effectively in a very busy setting.
The ability to multitask and work well under time constraints.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Eligibility Requirements:
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
Must be 18 years or older.
