Full Time Job
Key responsibilities will include:
• Tracking, updating, & distributing ratings (linear & non-linear) for EndemolShine NorthAmerica shows and various competitive programs (across broadcast, cable, SVOD & syndication)
• Fulfill ad-hoc ratings requests for internal EndemolShine NorthAmerica teams (programming, development, marketing, press, social/digital, brand, licensing, finance, etc)
• Contribute to EndemolShine NorthAmerica end of season show decks & presentations
• Contribute to various U.S. research landscape presentations
• Responsible for daily broadcast & cable ratings analysis / snapshots
• Contribute to weekly streaming ratings updates
• Handle updating bi-annual Network Audience profiles
• Responsible for updating EndemolShine NorthAmerica program tracker and various other ratings tracks
• Awareness of broadcast & cable network health in terms of programming needs, strengths and challenges
• Be knowledgeable and updated on U.S. broadcast, cable, SVOD, AVOD, FAST & traditional syndication programming trends
• Possess knowledge to update U.S. program scheduling/windowing across broadcast, cable, SVOD, AVOD, FAST & syndication (series premieres, returns, cancellations, etc)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal & external colleagues and clients to ensure highest level of efficiency and communication across all teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Up to 5-7 years research role held at TV studio, broadcast or cable network is strongly desired
• Must be comfortable with numbers / data and working with large data sets on a regular basis
• Knowledge of TV research space is extremely valued
• Passion / strong interest in ratings / research & the business is valued
• Knowledge of Nielsen ratings software is helpful (NPower, NNTV, Wrap) but not required (we will provide on the job training)
• Ability to utilize various TV research software as required
• Knowledge of U.S. programming landscape is valued (broadcast, cable, SVOD, AVOD, FAST, traditional syndication)
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization and time management skills are required
• Extremely detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy is required
• Operational knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is required (including building presentations from scratch)
• Proactive, results oriented and client focused problem solver
• Strong work ethic
• Team player with a can do attitude
• Exceptional communication skills (listening, verbal, written)
• Thrives and works well under pressure and routinely meets and exceeds deadlines
• Professional demeanor and comfortable interacting with all levels of the team, including sr. leadership / management
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
