Job Purpose:
Endemol Shine North America is seeking a Coordinator, Enterprise Inclusion & Social Responsibility with a minimum of two years of administrative experience in the entertainment industry, preferably within diversity, equity, and inclusion and/or corporate social responsibility. The position will support the EVP, Enterprise Inclusion & Social Responsibility with a broad range of administrative duties as well as coordinate various project management tasks across the company.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Coordinates all administrative activities for the EVP such as scheduling, handling phone calls, preparing and submitting expense reports and making travel arrangements.
• Conducts research, prepares executive reports and decks, maintains a variety of status reports, and contributes to the development and execution of various internal and external initiatives.
• Assists in the execution of deal memos with key partners, including liaising with internal and external contacts to ensure timely execution and invoice fulfillment.
• Coordinates activations, engaging the right internal and external players to support relationship needs.
• Stays abreast of inclusion and social responsibility priorities and initiatives across the entertainment industry and prepares executive briefs on key organizations and initiatives.
• Participates in internal and external meetings and provides comprehensive notes as needed.
• Handles various miscellaneous duties for the department as requested.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years experience.
• Prior experience in enterprise inclusion or social responsibility.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Must possess enthusiasm, flexibility, integrity, professional demeanor, creativity and the willingness to assume challenges and increased responsibility.
• Proactive, forward thinking.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and successfully.
• A clear sense of urgency, and ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with professional phone manner.
• Promote teamwork and work well with executives, staff, external partners and visitors at all levels.
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 2 years experience.
