Job Purpose:
We are seeking an ambitious, forward-thinking and organized individual looking to get broad exposure across three areas of the TV business: marketing, digital and social media and research. You will get the opportunity to work on some of the most successful unscripted and scripted TV shows in the world. The position will support the SVP, Digital, Marketing & Research with admin duties as well as coordinate various project management tasks across marketing, digital/social media and TV research.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Coordinates all administrative activities for the SVP such as scheduling, handling phone calls, preparing and submitting expense reports and making travel arrangements.
• Creates and maintains a variety of status reports, charts and asset management systems.
• Proactively identifies needs to assist in the processes of everyday work to maintain a fluid and efficient work environment.
• Contributes to creative brainstorms and takes detailed, comprehensive notes.
• Assists with TV research, ratings and reporting.
• Performs various duties for the department including but not limited to preparing decks, project management and coordinating communications and documents both internally and externally as it pertains to different tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Required prior experience in marketing, digital/social media or TV research for a media or entertainment company.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Must possess enthusiasm, flexibility, integrity, professional demeanor, creativity and the willingness to assume challenges and increased responsibility.
• Proactive, forward thinking.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and successfully.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Promote teamwork and work well with executives, staff, external partners and visitors at all levels.
• Handle other miscellaneous duties, special events and projects assigned.
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 2 years work experience.
