Endeavor (Formerly WME IMG) is currently seeking an Assistant to support the Legal Department in the New York office. he assistant will be responsible for the the day to day support for the SVP, Associate General Counsel and the Counsel of IMG in New York as well as handling client requests on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment with varying deadlines.
Essential Functions:
• Administrative duties (expense management; coordinate calls and meetings with senior management; organize travel and itineraries)
• Interact with senior lawyers and senior management of WME IMG on a daily basis
• Assist in tracking and updating legal invoices
• Fielding calls and taking complete and accurate messages for executives
• Organize and maintain files
• Prepare materials for meetings
• Assist with domestic corporate filings, coordinate certification of documents
• Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Administrative experience supporting an executive strongly preferred
• Exceptional oral and written communications required
• Exceptional organizational skills required
• Exceptional grammar and proofreading skills required
• Detail to sensitivity and proactive
• Ability to work with all levels of employees
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Internet research savvy
• Detail oriented and proactive; problem-solving skills a must
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines with accuracy
• Flexibility and adaptability as new responsibilities are assigned
