Core Responsibilities:
Directly support and assist both VP of Human Resources and Senior HR Business Partner (including phones, scheduling, administrative duties, etc)
Coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers, Business Partners, and Candidates, anticipating changes in availability and making alternative plans in advance.
Support Human Resources team with sourcing and pre-screening candidates at all levels and functions across the organization.
Manage weekly reporting for department (Recruitment Activity, Temp Reporting, etc.)
Maintain the applicant tracking system and career portal by opening and closing jobs, updating job information, reassigning positions, etc.
Liaise with the Finance department to ensure all open requisitions are approved and aligned with the direction from the HR Business Partner.
Post and manage job postings on internal and external sites.
Create offer letters for approval.
Execute background and reference checks for select candidates.
Participates in special projects as assigned.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
6 months - 1 year of related human resources experience, ideally in recruiting and talent acquisition.
Capability of effective planning and priority setting.
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
Customer focused and proactive with excellent follow-up and a sense of urgency.
Ability to provide clear and concise oral and written communication to all levels of employees within the company and to prospective candidates.
Ability to represent the company in a positive and enthusiastic manner.
Positive attitude, highly motivated, and able to easily build relationships across multiple functions and business units.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs; intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of web-based applicant tracking systems a plus.
