Marketing Coordinator
EMPIRE is looking for a passionate Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will be an extremely detail-oriented person, who can handle the coordinator duties listed below as well as anything thrown their way.
As Marketing Coordinator, you'll assist the Product Management team with various projects and tasks. We're looking for a motivated, organized and ambitious Marketing Coordinator to contribute to our team. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to develop their marketing career in the music industry by working at a top of the line record label and honing their skills.
What you'll be doing:
Assist with the administrative and day to day duties of the Marketing department
Use analytics to generate weekly reports, conduct research, and analyze data
Assist with the implementation of various marketing campaigns
Manage artist promo schedules, coordinate artist travel & track artist growth
Initiate the design and manufacturing of promo and merch
Assist with organizing artist showcases and events
Collect, organize, and circulate all artist assets
Create and maintain artist marketing decks, marketing timelines, and other project-related documents
Manage audio and video release schedule
Communicate marketing drivers and pitch information for upcoming releases to digital streaming partners
Manage quarterly budget for roster
Distribute marketing agendas and record meeting notes
Create and update all one-sheets, timelines, quote sheets, and any other project-related documents
Work with PMs and and external companies to create campaigns needed for specific marketing initiatives
Collaborate with other departments including A&R, Finance, Radio etc.
Any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Music industry knowledge
Strong administrative skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
You understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion
A ''no job too small'' attitude
Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time and complete tasks fully through
You're not afraid to ask questions and learn as you work
You're extremely detail oriented
You're extremely organized
Be a team player, open to feedback and strong communication.
Live in San Francisco area or willing to relocate
