Marketing Administrator
EMPIRE is an independent label, born and grown out of the Bay Area. We have grown to become the largest independent record label in the U.S., with a significant global presence covering Africa, Asia, Europe, Australia and North and South America.
EMPIRE is looking for an efficient and organized Marketing Administrator to support the Digital Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will be an extremely detail-oriented person, who can handle the admin duties listed below as well as anything thrown their way.
As Marketing Administrator, you'll assist the Digital Marketing team with various projects and tasks. We're looking for a motivated, organized and skilled Marketing Admin to contribute to our team. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to develop their marketing admin career in the music industry by working at a top of the line record label and honing their skills.
What you'll be doing:
Assist with the administrative and day to day duties of the Digital Marketing department
Monitor influencer campaigns in Asana to make sure deadlines are met/Product Managers are updated with progress
Monitor and assist in setting up campaigns in Asana
Update budgets in Asana as influencers are paid
Help with reporting to PM's on influencer and digital ad campaigns
Handle digital marketing invoicing and listing chargebacks to artist labels (daily/weekly)
Attend digital/partnership calls and scribe action items, and set due-dates to appropriate team members
Work with digital partners on weekly submissions (TikTok, Triller, Snap, etc) and setting calls with the marketing team
Evaluate digital spends per artist and cost effective campaigns (bi-weekly)
Brainstorm with the digital and creative team for marketing rollouts
Any additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Music industry knowledge and experience
Strong administrative skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
You understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion
A ''no job too small'' attitude
Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time and complete tasks fully through
You're not afraid to ask questions and learn as you work
You're extremely detail oriented
You're extremely organized
Be a team player, open to feedback and strong communication.
Live in San Francisco area or willing to relocate
