Fall Intern - Financial Analysis

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Assist in reconciling all open Return merchandise balances.
a. reconcile all customers chargeback’s to credit memo issued
b. follow up with any credits due pricing
c. follow up with verification of shortage claims with our Return center
d. follow up with customer for repayment of merchandise not received
e. follow up on any balances open, by EMI or by the CUSTOMER
Assists in reconciling all Pricing Discrepancies
a. reconcile all customers chargeback’s to credit memo issued
b. follow up with any credits due pricing
c. follow up with verification of pricing with sales reps
d. follow up on any balances open, by EMI or by the CUSTOMER
Assist reconciling all Shortages claims
a. reconcile all customers chargeback’s to credit memo issued
b. follow up with customers on chargeback’s needing for reconciliation
c. follow up with verification of shortages by contacting our shipping dept. for PODs'
d. follow up with customers on POD provided for repayments
e. follow up on any balances open, by EMI or by the CUSTOMER
Assist in reconciling any Advertising claims
a. follow up with customer for proper advertising docs to clear chargeback’s from books
b. follow up on any credit dues by EMI Accenture team

Skills required:
