TV Producer Job Description
Emerest Connect is seeking a full time TV Producer to head up our brand-new studio located in the heart of the Bronx. Our team is looking for someone that is passionate about TV production and interested in changing the way we engage with the senior homebound population. Emerest is at the forefront of leading this change. Our programming will be based on this population using new technology to engage with our audience to enhance their daily life.

Responsibilities will include:
• Producing and supervising content for live original programs and features
• Write and produce feature pieces and other content
• Producer in control room through day of air
• Line Producing
• Assisting guests and host
• Producing on air blocks -daily
• Manage all music, footage, and photo clearance paperwork, and guest releases
• Book and pre-interview guests
• Work with technical group to block, rehearse and contribute to highest quality of air
• Perform soup-to-nuts production tasks as needed, from pitch to air.
• Collaborate with technical production, marketing, social media, press, sales, and digital teams.
• Communicate constantly and clearly with other members of the team.
• Manage administrative tasks as needed.
• Supervise graphics
Qualifications
• 2-3 years' control room experience
• 2-3 years' line producing experience
• 3-4 years producing content
• Guest booking experience
• Writing ability
• Leadership skills
• Editing experience
• Fun and creative personality & sense of humor encouraged
• Flexibility and a can-do attitude are key to success
