Ellen Meyer Management is seeking a full time or part-time executive assistant with experience working at a talent agency or management company.
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for a small boutique management company working out of a home office (centrally located in Beverly Hills). They need to be able to organize actor's going on tape for projects and making sure that they have the updated proper material, and then coordinating with agencies to facilitate getting tapes to casting offices and producers. This individual should be able to go through breakdowns everyday and organize emails which will include sending actor's pitch and demo reels to casting and organizing Zoom meetings. Also, booking and organizing travel for clients.
The candidate must be computer literate (Apple/Microsoft Office). As well, knows how to use Final Draft software regarding screenplays for light typing.
Duties: Rolling calls, Interacting with clients, Managing calendars, Organizing meetings and auditions for clients, Tracking office supplies and placing orders.
