Top entertainment company in Beverly Hills is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join their Human Resources team. The team is looking for someone that has a desire to learn and grow professionally within human resources/recruiting. Candidates must have recent administrative experience or administrative experience within an HR department.
• Assist with calendars, phones, paperwork, files, and expense reports for the HR team.
• Welcome new hires by assisting with or conducting new hire orientations; issuing employee ID and parking badges.
• Support the company's staffing processes, including posting profiles and creating requisitions in the system; manage a heavy calendar of candidate interviews.
• Assist hiring managers and HR staff with other administrative activities related to candidate screening and hiring.
• Maintain employee files within the company's ATS
• Assist in management training meetings.
• Handle all other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications/Skills Needed
• Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in HR
• Experience working in and entertainment or entertainment related company
• Detail oriented with excellent organization and prioritization skills
• Excellent MS Office skills, experience working on an HRIS system is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a learning environment
