West Los Angeles based entertainment company is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join their team as an Office Coordinator. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring that our team members have the necessary resources and support they need to be successful.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office operations and ensure the smooth running of the office.
• First point of contact for incoming calls and visitors
• Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
• Respond to phone and email inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Manage relationships with vendors and vendor negotiations
• Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
• Organize company events and meetings
•
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom and other computer programs
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
