High profile entertainment is searching for an Executive Assistant to support a C-level Executive. MUST possess experience in the entertainment or entertainment related industry.

Responsibilities include:

Managing the Executive's complex calendar and high volume of calls
Coordinating business and personal travel arrangements and preparing detailed itineraries with anticipation of last minute changes
Organizing high profile meetings, conference calls, video conferencing and conference rooms
Liaising with prestigious clientele with a high degree of diplomacy and discretion
Reviewing and editing a variety of confidential correspondence and documents
Manage Executive's and family's personal calendar, travel arrangements, matters regarding their residences, and handling local errands
Reconciling the expense reports and maintaining accurate reconciliation and reporting

Position Requirements

5-7+ years experience supporting C-level executive(s) and experience in the entertainment or entertainment related industry
MUST have a Bachelor's Degree
Strong proficiency MS Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Superb time management and planning are essential
