Dynamic creative company is hiring an Executive Assistant to support a top executive. This is a very collaborative, creative, fun environment where you will work alongside a fast past team. This position is ideal for someone that loves the support role and would like to stay in an EA position long term.
Responsibilities
• Heavy calendar management
• Preparing complex documents, reports, and presentations
• Follow up on client requests and prepare and distribute meeting notes
• Assist with ensuring projects are within deadline and budget
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• six months+ of experience supporting fast-paced executives within entertainment
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary up to $20 to $25 per hour plus paid OT and great benefits
