Administrative/Facilities Assistant $18.00 per hour TEMP TO HIRE
Premier entertainment company located in Beverly Hills is searching for an administrative assistant/facilities assistant.
Paid overtime (approximately 5 hours/week), and when hired excellent health benefits, 401k with matching, vacation/sick time, and other perks!
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Director of Corporate Services and the Corporate Services Team
Manage the complex conference room scheduling calendar, which includes scheduling internal and external meetings with multiple parties, while coordinating with multiple time zones
Manage general administrative duties for the Director including answering phones, coordinating meetings, scheduling in Microsoft Outlook, preparing expense reports, and producing correspondence, file management, and coordinate vendor meeting
Submit Facilities' work orders to building management
Coordinate travel arrangements (both domestically and internationally)
Assist with onboarding of new hires and employee office moves across campus
Manage a high volume of communication and administrative paperwork internally and
externally
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university required
1-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative capacity, with the ability to support a team
in a fast-paced environment
Experience working within facilities/operation is a plus
Team-player who operates successfully in a team-oriented setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
