Elite Commercial Incentive Services is seeking highly motivated Account Managers with experience in commercial production. Our Account Managers maintain existing client relations and help scale our growing business. Account Managers are expected to develop consultative solutions for existing and prospective clients, and to strive to deliver a subject-matter expert level of service for our clients, related agencies, and supporting production companies.
Position: Account Manager, Incentive Strategies
Job Type: Full-Time
Location(s): Chicago, IL and/or Los Angeles, CA
Job Category: Sales and Business Development
Base Compensation Range: $55,000 to $85,000 annually, based upon experience
Additional Compensation: discretionary bonus
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Flexible Spending, Health Savings Account, Paid Leave
Essential Functions:
• Manage and grow relationships with current clients as well as referral partnerships
• Support existing and build new relationships with supporting agencies
• Prospect and develop new opportunities for new clients and new referral sources utilizing the telephone, direct mail, seminars, current client visits, or other local marketing programs, as directed by management
• Achieve individual and team goals for growth
• Maintain lead/client tracking information via Salesforce
Requirements:
• 4+ years of direct commercial production experience at a production company or advertising agency
• Proficient writing skills
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and Power Point
• Prior experience with Salesforce preferred
Skills Needed:
• Self-Motivated with the Ability to thrive in a team-driven environment
• Detail-oriented
• Strong presentation skills, including public speaking
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong desire to join a growing company
• Proven ability to multi-task
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
