Service Desk Analyst / Tier 2 / Information Technology
Help / Service Desk Analyst
Our client, one of the world's leading entertainment agencies, has an immediate need for a Service Desk Analyst, Tier 2 level, to provide phone and desktop coverage for inbound support calls. This includes remote and desktop support for Wi-Fi, laptops, desktop, and mobile devices. In this role, the Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for technical troubleshooting, effectively communicating technology to non-technical personnel, escalating / documenting incidents in ticketing system, and most importantly, providing high-level customer service to internal VIPs with executive presence.
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of advanced, technical, help / service desk experience
• Experience working in an enterprise IT support environment utilizing the latest tools and methodologies including Bomgar, Chef, ServiceNow, and ITIL processes
• Advanced knowledge with supporting and troubleshooting Apple and Windows computer systems, mobile platforms like iOS and Android, and troubleshooting the current versions of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), for both desktop and remote troubleshooting
• Experience with troubleshooting and supporting Voice over IP phone systems such as Cisco Call Manager
• IT ticketing systems
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred
• Entertainment / media background preferred
• College degree or equivalent experience
