Our client, a full service marketing agency, is looking for an energetic and welcoming Office Assistant to join their team! In this role, you'll not only manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and guests, but you'll also support the office's overall administrative needs: you'll handle all incoming calls, oversee incoming and outgoing mail, maintain the kitchen, conference rooms, and other collaborative spaces throughout the office, ensure that kitchen and office supplies remain stocked, and handle other tasks as assigned. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and grow with an industry leader in marketing!
You should have:
- a Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience within entertainment or marketing (internships ok!)
- proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps for Business
- top notch communicative, collaborative, project management, and organizational skills, with a proactive approach and proven attention to detail
- a long term interest in the marketing/advertising and entertainment industries highly preferred!
This is a temp-to-possible hire opportunity in the Los Angeles, CA, area, with compensation between $15-17/hr, DOE. For consideration, please submit your resume
